Alight Solution were appointed as Workday Implementation Partner for Arriva. Their work included the provision of Testing Management and Services, and with their long standing association with Alight (and its predecessors), IT Bites partnered with Alight to provide these services.
We undertook to create Test Strategy and detailed Test Plans. We co-ordinated the work between Alight and Arriva to ensure that the system was fully tested, managing issues that arose throughout the test phases.
