Project details
IT Bites led the Initiation phase on behalf of EMEA within a PeopleSoft v9.1 upgrade project for EMEA/APAC.
Working alongside APAC, we reviewed existing customisations; undertook fit/gap between the ‘as is’ v8.3 system against the new v9.1; gathered business requirements and produced functional documentation that the full upgrade project would require.
