Kantar undertook an 83 country deployment of Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance Management and Workday Learning. This ensured its 25,000 workers were managed through a single HCM platform.
IT Bites was responsible for all test related activities including Strategy & Planning, test capacity planning, Test Scenario design and preparation, Test Execution and Issue Management. We also led Design and was responsible for Quality Assurance for Workday Learning (which was implemented as a later phase), and was involved in Post-Production stabilizsation and support across all modules.
